Stiven
Bralo is specialized in management consulting and cost reduction
in the hotel industry. He has introduced procedures for purchasing
unique for hotel-operations in Croatia, which significantly contribute
to cost reduction. He has worked on investment projects for the reconstruction
and upgrading of hotel capacities as well as reprogramming loans.
He has led two USAID tourism projects in Dalmatia. Stiven’s
consultancy style can be described as pragmatic and results-orientated.
Prior to the establishment of Adria Partners, Stiven was the purchasing
director of the Solaris d.d. Holiday Resort, Sibenik. He was recognized
for his outstanding results in introducing a new purchasing system
and the introduction of the ‘Just in time’ model of
stock management, through which he achieved considerable savings.
He also established and organized the retail sector in the resort,
creating additional income. |
